Reminder:

I need all camp forms back by Thursday, March 29th.

Please fill out all information, including the dates of immunizations.

The form also requires a copy of the front and back of your health insurance card if applicable. You can drop the form off at my house anytime. Just slip it under our mat if we are not here.

6-8pm

You MUST come to check-in to race on Saturday.

Arrive between 2:45 and 2:55

Derby begins at 3pm
